Method

  1. Prepare the curry base: Heat oil in a kadhai and sauté chopped onions until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.

  2. Add spices: Stir in Amrit Girnari Malvani Bhajka Masala, turmeric, and tomatoes. Sauté until the tomatoes soften and release oil.

  3. Blend for smoothness: Add grated coconut and a little water. Blend into a smooth paste or cook directly, depending on your texture preference.
