- What is your return policy for food and health products? Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our spices, honey, and flours, we generally do not accept returns once the seal is broken, unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
- How many days do I have to request a return or exchange? typically, customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to report any issues with their order for a potential replacement or refund.
- What should I do if I receive a damaged product? If your package is damaged during transit, please take a photo of the damaged item and its packaging immediately and email it to amritgirnari@gmail.com.
- Can I return a product if I simply don’t like the taste? As taste is subjective and our products are natural and handcrafted, we cannot offer returns based on personal flavor preferences.
- I received the wrong item. How can I get it fixed? We apologize for the mix-up. Please contact us at +91 7021846443 with your order ID, and we will ship the correct item to you at no extra cost.
- Are shipping costs refundable? Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (like a damaged or incorrect item).
- How do I cancel an order I just placed? You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Please contact our support team immediately for cancellations.
- Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped? Once an order has left our facility in Sindhudurg, it cannot be canceled. You may refuse delivery, but shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
- How long does it take to process a refund?Once a refund is approved, it typically takes 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method.
- Do you offer “Cash on Delivery” (COD) refunds?For COD orders, refunds are usually processed via bank transfer or as store credit once you provide your bank details.
- What if my honey has crystallized? Can I return it? Crystallization is a natural process of raw, organic honey and is not a sign of spoilage. Therefore, we do not accept returns for crystallized honey.
- Can I exchange one flour type for another after delivery? To maintain hygiene and safety standards, we do not allow exchanges for food items like Amboli Pith or Multigrain Flour once they have been delivered.
- What happens if my order is returned to sender because of an incorrect address? If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a re-shipping fee will apply to send it out again.
- Do I need to send the product back to you for a refund? In cases of damage or quality issues, we may ask you to ship the product back to our Kudal Pinguli address for inspection before a refund is issued.
- Is the ✨ TRY PACK ✨ eligible for a return? Our trial-sized products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their low cost and intended one-time use.
- What is the “Seal of Purity” guarantee? If the safety seal on your bottle of Cold-Pressed Oil or Gir Cow Ghee is broken upon arrival, please do not use it and contact us immediately for a replacement.
- Do you offer refunds for Ayurvedic supplements if I don’t see results? Natural supplements like Moringa or Arjuna tablets work differently for everyone and often take time. We do not offer refunds based on perceived efficacy.
- How should I package an item I am returning?If a return is authorized, ensure the product is packed securely in its original packaging to prevent further damage during transit.
- Can I get a refund if the delivery is delayed? While we strive for prompt delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers and do not offer refunds for minor shipping delays.
- Does your return policy apply to bulk/wholesale orders? Bulk orders and professional quotations have separate terms and conditions regarding returns and cancellations.
- What if I am allergic to an ingredient? Please read the “Key Ingredients” on our labels or product descriptions carefully before purchasing. We cannot offer refunds for allergic reactions.
- Are sale items eligible for return? Items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price are generally considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Can I return an item if the packaging looks different from the website? We occasionally update our packaging. As long as the product inside is correct and of high quality, we do not accept returns for minor packaging variations.
- Who pays for return shipping?The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake with the order.
- How do I track the status of my refund? You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated. If you haven’t seen it after 7 days, please check with your bank or contact us.
